The role will be focused on owning the 20|20 product and ensuring this is fully embedded within the business teams. In addition, the Strategy Director will be tasked with building and developing strategy plans for client accounts, including how to embed, develop and grow client accounts within a fast-changing, highly complex target audience environment.

- Strong capability in building team capability and investing in growing a first-class strategic planning function
- Africa experience is essential.
