Steve Carbone – Chief Digital & Media Operations Officer

Steve joined MediaCom in 2013 as Managing Director, Chief Digital Officer. His in-depth experience across the digital ecosystem has helped MediaCom evolve its offering to a digital-first and platform-first activation approach. In this role, Steve oversees all Biddable Media Operations and AdOp’s, AI Automation development, Offshoring capabilities, and Optimization teams.

As Steve leads MediaCom’s strategic relationships with large platform partners like Google, Amazon, Facebook, and TikTok, to name a few, he has been able to drive MediaCom’s digital leadership position in the market. This has led to the training and certifications across all top platforms for MediaCom practitioners in the U.S.

Before MediaCom, Steve, an entrepreneur at heart, was the President and founding partner of the full-service digital agency UMarketing Digital. Before starting UMarketing Digital, Steve was President of Nurun, a global interactive agency based in Paris. He spent 20 years at Grey Global, where he started one of their first digital agencies and eventually became President of G2 Direct & Digital (previously Grey Direct).

Steve is a go-to expert on digital advertising for publications including Advertising Age, The Wall Street Journal, Adweek, and MediaPost. And can often be found sitting on panels at industry events.

James Reynolds – Managing Partner, Global Account Lead

He is a proven team leader and partner. He has produced innovative, emerging marketing solutions in collaboration with executives at JPMorgan Chase, Signet Jewelers, Bayer Consumer Health, Marriott, and AT&T.

Nicole Fiore – Global Activation Director, Partner

With 11+ years of experience in digital advertising, Nicole has a strong background in biddable strategy and execution. Nicole ensures clients have access to cutting-edge capabilities across biddable channels managed in a holistic and agile way to capture the benefits of real-time communication. She focuses on continually optimizing media and creative performance across all biddable channels.

Her focus at MediaCom is to maximize critical growth opportunities with a drive for collaboration across client teams, product teams, and craft specialists. Nicole has been a key player in many GroupM wide initiatives such as driving Programmatic First, Audience First Marketing, and curating industry-leading agency-wide POVs.

Sean Krattli – Director, Platform Strategy

Sean has accumulated ten years of experience in digital advertising and technology with deep expertise in data, DMPs, CDPs, and Identity platforms.

Sean’s journey began on the publisher side at a new joint venture organization formed by Gannett, Tribute, Hearst, and Gannett. In addition, he worked in Major League Baseball operations.

After acquiring a solid foundation in online advertising technology knowledge, Sean transitioned to the technology side of the industry by accepting a role at BlueKai. A year later, Oracle acquired the DMP, and Sean continued to help clients realize their DMP investment for another year and a half. It’s worth noting that his client retention rate was 100% throughout his two-and-a-half-year tenure. He was then recruited to Acxiom and began helping clients architect solutions to client’s data challenges with Acxiom and LiveRamp solutions.

At MediaCom, he leads Platform Strategy and has worked on clients such as Unilever, Signet, Uber while also focusing on POVs on industry-wide topics such as CDPs and a 3rd party cookie-less world.

Clint Armstrong – Sr. Partner, Group Director - Search & Social

Clint brings to MediaCom extensive experience developing solutions and driving high-performing strategies and results through paid marketing channels. He helps clients achieve extraordinary success in local and international markets. Manages large, complex multi-million-dollar social media and digital marketing programs and budgets, responsible for developing agile, results-focused teams to deliver on aggressive KPIs while fostering positive, sustainable client relationships.

Currently, Clint leads several of MediaCom’s accounts across the performance media space while also building MediaCom’s eCommerce practice.

Before joining MediaCom, Clint was part of the GroupM family for more than 14 years and in the industry for 16 years. His experience spans Luxury Automotive and B2B to Consumer Electronics and Financial Services, along with everything in between.
