The Systems Tech Team
Systems Tech are MediaCom’s Data and Technology experts transforming MediaCom into the agency of the future. Technology is a key enabler for MediaCom, helping reduce costs and create new products that drive revenue and business growth. Systems Tech are a global team of technology consultants, project managers, business analysts, data engineers, software engineers and data visualisation experts delivering technology solutions with the business.
The System Tech mission is to:
- Deliver specialist technology products that enhance our Client’s business
- Implement technology to improve the way MediaCom works for our staff and Clients.
- Transform data into meaningful information to enable Clients and staff to make informed decisions.
As part of our services, we build applications that help agency teams, as well as our clients, to streamline and optimise their work. Examples include tools for media plan management and optimisation, campaign approvals, creative analytics, ecommerce audit, data visualisation and reporting etc.
The team also work in partnership with GroupM and WPP, providing the MediaCom voice to steer the new Planning, Audience, Activation and Reporting tech platforms planned for 2021 and the future.

Objectives of the Role:
We are looking for someone to join us on a 12 month maternity cover contract to plan and implement new, as well as optimise existing user interfaces for MediaCom’s strategic toolset, as well as develop an effective workflow which will establish UX optimisation as an integral part of product development at MediaCom.

Do you have a passion for designing customer-focused, simple and intuitive products that amaze our Clients and are essential for our staff to do their jobs? The UX Designer is an experienced deliverer of effective and intuitive user interfaces for tech and data products, with working knowledge in technology solutions and media and marketing space. You enjoy bringing new ideas to solve old and new problems and you are skilled at working with a variety of people across the business. You strive for excellence and bring your UX and UI designing expertise to play a key part in delivering business products that users enjoy working with.
You are organised by nature and understand that success in a global organisation is a group effort across geographies, business functions and operating companies. You are an exceptional listener and you seek to deeply understand business challenges and transform these into specific features and measurable improvements in design. You love being part of a team and enjoy working and sharing knowledge with business stakeholders and technology colleagues across the globe.
