Very similar to our summer internship, our virtual spring intern program kicked off earlier this month with 10 students.
With the pandemic still affecting internship and summer job opportunities, it was important to MediaCom to continue to invest in talent – interns being the future. The program which has pivoted to a virtual experience is a 20 hour a week program that is a vital way for students to gain hands-on experience outside the classroom, network and immerse themselves in the company culture. These students will be working as planning and business systems analysts, focusing on different clients across the agency.
The program's overarching goal, whether in-person or virtually, is to establish meaningful connections that last more than 10 weeks. Interns will be paired with mentors and managers to develop goals.
