Every year, International Women's Day celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women all over the world.
The theme for this year is #ChooseToChallenge and it’s built around the premise that every one of us can choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality and we can all choose to seek out and celebrate women's achievements.
This year, MediaCom have partnered with Facebook to bring together a group of 16 inspirational women and men from across the network and beyond to host a series of Instagram live sessions on @mediacomglobal.
The sessions will be held in the week leading up to International Women’s Day, 1st- 4th March.
The programme tackles key topics such as: Why the Media Industry must Choose to Challenge, Creating a Progressive Agency Culture That Works for Women and The Power of Female Role Models.
