At the 4A's Decision Conference, Aaron Francois, Integrated Communications Supervisor and co-founder of For Us, By Us an Employee Resource Group at MediaCom U.S., discussed his perspective on success, challenges, and barriers in agencies.
The panel lead by Reema Elghossain, VP of the 4A's Foundation, discussed Rising Stars' perspectives featuring three young agency professionals in the early stages of their careers. Alongside Aaron Francois, Ebony Anderson-Brown and Jineen Carcamo shared their perspective on success, challenges, and barriers in the agency workplace. All three are alumni from the 4A’s Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP).
When asked about his perspective on maintaining data integrity and adapting to the changing media landscape, Aaron had this advice to give,
"Make sure you are checking the data. Do your due diligence. You are a reflection of the work you put out, which is why it is important to value your work."
The 4A’s Decisions 2021virtual event had some of the most influential leaders in media, data, privacy, and technology come together to explore dramatic changes within the industry.
