Sasha Savic – CEO, MediaCom U.S.


Since joining MediaCom as U.S. CEO in 2012, Sasha Savic has delivered nine years of growth, bringing unprecedented success and recognition, resulting in MediaCom winning Adweek’s 2021 Global Media Agency of the Year, and Sasha himself recognized as Adweek’s 2021 U.S. Executive of the Year.

In 2019, Savic lead the charge in the formation of the New Majority Ready™ (NMR) Coalition – a movement to help brands engage with multicultural audiences and place diversity in the forefront of their strategies in context of the New Majority in America.

He is also a sought-after speaker – most recently on stage at CES and Advertising Week New York, as well as serving on the jury for Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, the Effie Awards and Brand Film Festival and was Jury Chairman for Adweek's Media Plan of the Year for several years. He is also a member of the 4As Media Leadership Council and actively supports environmental causes and sustainability through participation in NASF and ASF in North America.

A native of Bosnia, Sasha began his career as a founding member and producer of YouthRadio, the first independent radio station in the former Yugoslavia.

Adam Potashnick is the Chief Operating Officer for MediaCom U.S. He leads the strategic execution of driving excellence and efficiency across all operations of the agency and its 1000+ people in New York, LA, Chicago, and Ann Arbor. In this position, Adam is responsible for the business and financial health of new clients, product development, specialty services, business development, and marketing. He has worked at WPP for over 15 years and is a seasoned navigator through all agencies and departments across the marketing communications company to deliver connected solutions.

A dynamic, relentless, passionate, and energetic leader, Adam possesses a keen understanding of the ever-changing media landscape. In 2021, The Internationalist recognized Adam as an International Agency Innovator - the same year where MediaCom was ranked the most winning agency by R3 and COMvergence, and Adweek named Adam a Media All-Star for the second time - an honor awarded to only 20 individuals in the industry each year.

Before being named COO in 2019, Adam was Chief Growth Officer, where he expanded relationships with existing clients and generated $2.5 billion in new business wins since 2016.

Yorlene Goff – Executive Director, People Partner

Yorlene leads MediaCom’s People First culture and drives initiatives that support the mission of nurturing a growth-focused, agile, and multi-skilled workforce. In addition, Yorlene is a driver and change agent in our ambitions for employee well-being, DE&I, employee retention, career mobility, learning & development, and performance management, supporting MediaCom’s Seeing the Bigger Picture vision for ourselves and our clients.

Yorlene brings more than 20 years of experience implementing transformative strategies that empower and inspire employees, improving business performance while strengthening employee well-being. With expertise that spans startups and large-scale multinationals, Yorlene has led people practices across the technology, advertising, communications, financial services, and Not-For-Profit industries.

Yorlene joins MediaCom from Publicis Spine. She served as the Chief Talent Officer responsible for driving strategic global talent structure optimization within Platform, Technology, and Data and Analytics teams across brand agencies and local markets. Before Publicis, Yorlene served as EVP, Regional H.R. Managing Director LATAM, and Global M&A Integrations at Havas Media Group.

Thomas Lee – Chief Financial Officer

As chief financial officer (CFO) of MediaCom North America, Tom is responsible for the company’s financial functions and a key member of the executive team at MediaCom.

His career spans more than 30 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy.

Before joining MediaCom in 2018, Tom served as senior vice president at Publicis Communications, responsible for the global client finance and operations function. Before Publicis, Tom was the Global Commercial Director at Ogilvy & Mather, responsible for all commercial and business affairs for many of their global clients. Tom also served as VP – Global Client Operations for WPP, where he assisted global clients with optimizing operations and finances across all WPP’s 200+ group companies.

Tom holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and is qualified as Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and Certified Internal Auditor.

Tom was born and raised in Hong Kong and the U.S. and traveled extensively in Asia. He is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Spanish and can order food and alcohol in French, Portuguese and German.

He and his wife, Carol, and their daughter Jemma now make their home in a seaside town on the North Shore of Long Island along with their dog Lilly.

Anush Prabhu – Chief Strategy Officer & Global Chief Strategy Officer, Creative Systems


Anush Prabhu joined MediaCom in 2016, as the US Chief Strategy Officer, with a distinctive skillset of delivering strategic growth solutions that harness data and creativity, at both creative and media agencies.

He has been an instrumental part of the transformational growth of MediaCom, leading to the company being awarded Agency of the Year twice since 2017. He believes industry recognition is not only an indicator, but also a driver of a winning culture - in fact, during his 20-year career, agencies he has been a part of have picked up the top award 10 times.

Anush has helped shape several of the agency offerings, including Creative Systems, that has already delivered award winning growth solutions for clients.

He has been honored as an Adweek’s Media All Star, Adweek Young Influential, International Innovator, and an Integrated Marketing Influential.

Ilana Nolte – Chief Transformation Officer

Ilana Nolte believes that business results are driven by collaboration, humanity, and trust. Profits, progress, and purpose are all supported by a people-first strategy. Always.

For over 25 years, Ilana has been helping brands grow their business with integrated media solutions, Global account stewardship, and martech consulting. She holds experience in every category and partnered with Marketers in the US and the UK. As Chief Transformation Officer for MediaCom US, Ilana oversees the client leadership team and manages Product. She is transforming MediaCom's capabilities through the design and delivery of a quality work product in support of clients' business needs. Data, technology, and innovation sit at the heart of these solutions.

Ilana is the executive sponsor of MediaCom's ERG Women-In-Power, aiming to create, elevate and celebrate women leaders. When Ilana is not checking out the latest tech gadgets, she can be found hanging out with her daughter and dog in her Brooklyn hood.

Jason Lim – Chief Planning Officer

As Chief Planning Officer, Jason oversees MediaCom's full audience planning product providing guidance across all client groups in the continued pursuit of good-to-great in our media plans and delivering measurable growth for our clients.

Jason has over 20 years of agency experience – predominantly across direct response and DTC clients. In his more than ten years at MediaCom, he led the performance-based practice and was charged with accelerating and optimizing marketing programs' impact.

Before MediaCom, he was SVP, Media Director at Halogen Response Media, a division of Starcom MediaVest Group, where he led strategy and planning teams across New York-based accounts.

Jason's experience covers technology, pharmaceutical, automotive, consumer packaged goods, luxury, travel, and retail sectors on a variety of brands, including DirecTV, ADT Security, Traveler's Insurance, Comcast, Capital One, Jaguar, Random House, WellPoint, Avon, Loews Hotels, IBM and Bristol Myers Squibb.

He is a true believer in the importance of accountable communications and is a thought leader in delivering outcome-oriented marketing campaigns. Jason has served on the DMA (Direct Marketing Association) Analytics & Broadcast Council(s) and as an Adjunct Professor at NYU teaching Integrated Marketing. In addition, he has served as a judge for Cannes Young Lions and Effie Awards.

Benjamin Vendramin – Global & US Chief Creative & Content Officer

Benjamin joined MediaCom in 2018 with the fundamental belief that audiences don’t delineate between media and creative, neither should we.

His experience spans across North America, including TBWA\Chiat\Day and Taxi in Toronto, to JWT and McCann in New York. Benjamin brings his innovative approach to storytelling, leveraging platforms, existing and emerging technologies to MediaCom.

Benjamin has helped reshape MediaCom’s creative offering, integrating media and creative teams, resulting in culturally impactful work for clients like Ally Bank, Pokémon, and Signet Jewelers.

Prior to MediaCom, Benjamin held creative leadership positions at WP Narrative, where in just two years they were awarded Agency of the Year at the Shorty Awards, and McCann, where his work for MGM Resorts won five Cannes Lions and was shortlisted for the coveted Titanium Lion.

Steve Carbone – Chief Digital & Media Operations Officer

Steve joined MediaCom in 2013 as Managing Director, Chief Digital Officer. His in-depth experience across the digital ecosystem has helped MediaCom evolve its offering to a digital-first and platform-first activation approach. In this role, Steve oversees all Biddable Media Operations and AdOp’s, AI Automation development, Offshoring capabilities, and Optimization teams.

As Steve leads MediaCom’s strategic relationships with large platform partners like Google, Amazon, Facebook, and TikTok, to name a few, he has been able to drive MediaCom’s digital leadership position in the market. This has led to the training and certifications across all top platforms for MediaCom practitioners in the U.S.

Before MediaCom, Steve, an entrepreneur at heart, was the President and founding partner of the full-service digital agency UMarketing Digital. Before starting UMarketing Digital, Steve was President of Nurun, a global interactive agency based in Paris. He spent 20 years at Grey Global, where he started one of their first digital agencies and eventually became President of G2 Direct & Digital (previously Grey Direct).

Steve is a go-to expert on digital advertising for publications including Advertising Age, The Wall Street Journal, Adweek, and MediaPost. And can often be found sitting on panels at industry events.

Rachel Brook – Managing Partner, Head of Data & Analytics

Rachel oversees our data and analytic practice. She brings data-led insights that improve media performance and client ROI. As head of Advanced Analytics and a member of the executive team, Rachel is tasked with maintaining an integrated view of the business and ensuring best-in-class contribution to clients across all phases of marketing, from strategy development and planning to execution and measurement.

At MediaCom, her many accomplishments include building a specialized unit supporting business planning, audience strategy, marketing analytics, and performance intelligence and delivering next-generation data and measurement solutions that promote speed and scale.

Rachel has conducted hundreds of studies designed to measure and optimize ROI for her clients. She provides a wide range of advanced measurement options to drive business, channel, and tactical planning and has implemented leading technology solutions for agile campaign measurement.

With a demonstrated history of work in the marketing analytics and advertising industry, before MediaCom, Rachel worked at the Hudson River Group, a marketing consulting firm, leading predictive analytics and econometric modeling.

Mark Egan – Managing Director, West Coast

As Managing Director - West Coast, Mark helps his teams drive service and product excellence across their various assignments collaborating with other agencies and clients to constantly break new ground. As part of the MediaCom executive team, Mark draws on our award-winning resources around the globe to power solutions locally. A year after joining MediaCom, Mark was recognized as ‘Agency Executive of the Year’ by ThinkLA for his commitment to creating a diverse and active culture and a supercharged learning & development program.

Previously, within GroupM, Mark served as Chief Client Officer at Maxus for the Americas. In that role, he helped their client service teams consistently achieve service scores among the highest in the industry.

His teams oversee many like-minded, scaling businesses, including Impossible Foods, GoodRx, Headspace, and other cultural brand icons like PlayStation and adidas. Mark’s other agency experience includes category clients such Bai, The Home Depot, Barclaycard, Intel, and many others. Throughout his 25-year career, Mark has worked in many roles and agency structures, including J. Walter Thompson, Y&R, and Organic.

Kristin Gower – Global Client President, Worldwide Hub New York

With a background in Organisational Psychology, Kristin has led Marketing and Client teams in Europe, North America and Asia, becoming an expert not only in relocation services, but the importance of continual learning, humility and resilience. Before joining MediaCom in 2012, Kristin spent 11 years at Dyson, starting in the UK, then moving to set up marketing and eCommerce operations in Canada and China. Kristin’s leadership in creative/media integration, unified data architecture, and eCommerce has delivered innovation and growth for a broad roster of clients, including P&G, Fonterra, and Dell.

Kristin is Global Client President in the WorldWide Hub, New York. In this role, she leverages her understanding of the complexity of multi-national marketing and business to ensure the success of our clients US head-quartered Global clients.

Ryan Shaw – Managing Director, MediaCom Chicago

Ryan Shaw

As Managing Director, Head of MediaCom Chicago, Ryan oversees the agency’s Midwest clients and drives our ‘People First’ culture in the region. Prior to his promotion in early 2022, he worked as the media lead for The Pharm – MediaCom’s cross-WPP agency for Walgreens. Ryan has been pivotal in the success and growth of the business as he helped reimagine the agency model and further elevate the efficacy of the work.

He has worked in media for 13 years at Starcom, Digitas, and iCrossing, and six years in the financial industry. With a background on several full-service accounts across retail, CPG, financial, insurance, and travel categories, he is highly skilled in effectively integrating multi-disciplined teams and demonstrating the agencies' "Seeing the Bigger Picture" positioning.

Outside of the office Ryan enjoys going on adventures with his wife and two boys, playing the guitar, collecting vinyl records, attending concerts, and cheering on the Texas Rangers baseball club.

Liza Davidian – Executive Director, Investment & Activation

Liza Davidian

Liza Davidian leads investment and activation for MediaCom across all client businesses. Liza leads the charge in setting marketplace standards for holistic video investment and measurement, client investment strategies that are holistic in approach, and united end-end with planning and analytics in an ever-evolving consumer landscape.

Liza is an accomplished Investment 'veteran' with a proven track record in negotiating and executing multi-platform programs. Across her 20+ years in the media industry, Liza has worked with clients ranging from packaged goods brands, General Mills, Clorox, and SCJ, to entertainment properties, CBS, CW, and Showtime, in addition to financial services, Wells Fargo and Experian, American retail brand, Levi Straus & Co, DNA tech family historians Ancestry.com and mega QSR McDonalds.

Liza attended Yale College, where she played D1 Lacrosse before moving to New York City. She now resides in Long Island with her husband, daughter (11), and son (8). She still enjoys being involved with lacrosse by coaching her daughters' team and serving as the Girls Director on the lacrosse board in her town.
