Pauline is a Managing Partner at MediaCom. She has been at the agency since 2007, joining first as head of quantitative research and later heading up MediaCom’s multi-award winning insight team from 2010 to 2021.

In her time working in insight she worked with a number of clients including The Metropolitan Police, The Army, Sky, Hearst and Tesco and helping them to use consumer insight to inform marketing and communications strategy. She now heads up Blink in the UK bringing together expert teams to help clients with their marketing transformation agenda. She has worked on transformation projects for clients in categories including entertainment and media, global communications, and consumer electronics.

Pauline is passionate about sustainability and sits on the IPA’s Climate Charter working group.

Pauline lives in South London and outside of work loves yoga, reading, food and travel, and enjoys long walks in the countryside (or on Streatham Common if she can’t quite make it that far!).

Natalie is an Associate Consultant at the BLINK UK Practice. She has previously worked for a high-performing technology start-up and spent time at a top consultancy firm. She is an enthusiastic and experienced digital marketing professional, experienced in lead generation and strategy building.

A believer in life-long learning, Natalie holds two degrees from UCL – BA in History & MSc in Business Management and speaks several languages. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga and travelling the world.
