Inclusion is at the heart of our culture. It is MediaCom’s collective responsibility to foster a culture where people feel they belong and can be themselves and diversity of thought is valued. We will continue to challenge ourselves and hold ourselves to account to ensure that our culture is upheld internally and in the work, we produce throughout all of our offices.
Our employee resource groups based around Faith, Ethnicity, Age, LGBTQ+, Gender, Mental Health and Disability are at the heart of our commitment to diversity, equity and Inclusion. The collective voice of our ERGS ensures we understand the needs of our employees in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Edinburgh. They help to support MediaCom’s inclusion strategy and provide a sense of community, inclusion and belonging within the company.
