Adidas have released a new line of sustainable iconic Stan Smith trainers themed around everyone’s favourite Disney, Pixar and Marvel heroes. The collection features green-coloured characters including the one and only Kermit the Frog with the heel tabs on the Kermit shoes emblazoned with the well-known “It’s not easy being green” catchphrase. In a 60-second spot, Kermit explains how daunting it can feel to try to address an issue as sprawling as climate change just through your own small actions to later introduce the new line of Stan Smith sneakers made from 50% recycled content.

A more literal hero has been popping up all over the globe recently, in a somewhat literal representation of Marvel’s current world dominance. As part of a wheely great campaign, Captain America’s shield has taken over iconic sights such as the London Eye, the Singapore Flyer and the Melbourne Star, as well as a host of other circular landmarks. Using projection mapping - Out Of Home’s latest superpower – the symbol has been used to promote ‘The Falcon and The Winter Soldier', the new series from the Marvel universe. The next big super-series has arrived…
