MediaCom UK have been awarded the IPA’s CPD Gold and Platinum.
MediaCom UK has achieved CPD Gold Accreditation and have also retained their CPD Platinum Accreditation for sustained CPD excellence. This year, 35 agencies were awarded CPD Gold and Platinum for their exceptional investment in the professional development and wellbeing of their employees throughout the changes and challenges of 2021; 20 of these agencies were also awarded Platinum.
The IPA CPD Gold Accreditation recognises and rewards agencies for their commitment to excellence in CPD. IPA member agencies who receive the award demonstrate a “genuine culture of learning, bettering the professionalism, development and reputation of the industry, enhancing clients’ brands and the agencies’ worth as a result”. For those accredited CPD Platinum, these agencies have reached the CPD Gold level at least four times over a five-year period.
The panel found MediaCom’s submission “particularly impressive and in-depth for such a large agency” and stated the following:
“This was a truly team effort in another challenging year. We felt that the CPD programme was very well designed, entertaining, inspiring as well as educational. Innovative training activities have helped deliver some impressive performance. Congratulations for the sheer scale and variety included in the submission.”
MediaCom have deepened, extended and grown existing client relationships, won new business and welcomed new clients into the agency and continued to add to their market leading media skills with an ever-improving offering in the digital world. MediaCom have improved their client satisfaction scores, won awards and cemented their position as one of the most inclusive agencies in the industry.
A lot of personal development, learning and training sits behind these successes, including client servicing training, individual coaching for client leads, people management programmes, agile training, digital training for senior leadership and level specific high-performance programmes. The continued work we do to embed allyship and inclusivity through our ongoing programme of DEI learning initiatives is also key to our success.
We are delighted to have maintained the IPA’s highest accreditation for CPD excellence and continue to sustain professional development for all our staff.
