At the annual Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) Members Lunch, MediaCom Edinburgh was privileged to receive a special commemorative plaque to mark 10 years of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Gold Accreditation.
MediaCom Edinburgh has had a commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) since the birth of the company 21 years ago and our talent has grown up with us in a culture of learning and development. Our business commits to learning and development by aligning ourselves with the IPA’s accreditation for CPD showing that we have employed creativity in building a vibrant learning culture to support real commercial objectives and go beyond regular working practices.
The results of our commitment to CPD speak for themselves : not only have we been awarded this 10 year accolade, we have now achieved the IPA’s elevated Platinum accreditation for CPD for the past 7 years. MediaCom Edinburgh is the only agency in Scotland to achieve this.
David Shearer, Managing Director, explains the importance of such a strong learning culture :
