The new certification incorporates IAB Europe’s Transparency and Consent Framework, enabling greater cross-industry transparency on usage of consumer data.
MediaCom UK is among the first group of companies to have been certified with IAB Gold Standard 2.0. The Gold Standard has recently expanded to include support for industry initiatives including IAB Europe’s Transparency and Consent Framework, IAB Tech Lab’s sellers.json and OpenRTB SupplyChain Object.
The new certification initiative aims to reduce advertising fraud, uphold brand safety, improve the user experience and increase transparency about personal data processing.
Joining MediaCom on the certification list is our parent company GroupM UK, and our sister agencies Xaxis, Mindshare, Wavemaker, Essence and m/Six.
