Global Strategy Director – Creative Systems DCO
What you do
Part of the Creative Systems Global DCO team & MediaCom DCO community.
You will work with client directors and local market leadership to interrogate the scope for DCO – simplify the process and elevate planning to incorporate messaging across all audiences, moments and channels.
You will lead workshops and drive the collaboration with stakeholders to land a deliverable DCO briefing for creative, media, production & analytics, ensuring measurable outcomes according to testing plans.
You will have strategic oversight of client and campaign progress across markets- documenting great work by developing case studies and capturing/sharing best practice.
Who you are
You understand the importance of the marriage of audience and message planning and can conduct workshops and matrix planning to land in the DCO requirements for media, creative, and production briefing
You have collaborated and planned campaigns with cross-disciplinary teams including media, creative and digital delivery teams and production/tech partners
You are a persuasive communicator capable of simplifying the complexities of DCO for account teams and clients.
You are a closer – you will identify opportunities and land a DCO brief while working with a local market or hub to help develop an actionable scope of work from the requirements set in the messaging matrix / DCO planning process
You have a deep understanding of benefits of DCO and the process required to plan, concept, and deliver and measure
