Bianca Best is an award-winning advertising executive, best-selling author, entrepreneur, founder of ESCAPE™, mother of four and MediaCom’s Global Managing Director of Blink Consulting. Launching a tech business in 2004, Bianca built The Bespoke Gift Company, a pioneering personalised gift platform. After an exhilarating decade learning that with the right focus, energy and vision anything is possible, Bianca joined Dentsu Aegis to run global advertising accounts where she won the IPA & Campaign’s Woman of Tomorrow accolade.

She is ignited within WPP leading MediaCom’s third-millennium consultancy partnering with global brands such as Mars, Coca-Cola, Sony and Uber to accelerate digital transformation agendas amidst the volatility of ever undulating modern marketing landscapes. Liam Brennan – Global Head of Applied Innovation


Liam is helping clients accelerate their marketing transformation for a post-digital world, bringing over 15 years’ experience working across digital and strategy roles, leading transformation and innovation workstreams for brands such as Mars, The Coca-Cola Company, Adidas Group, ASOS and Airbnb.

Outside of MediaCom, Liam has a keen interest in helping up and comers build the brands of the future as lead mentor for Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania Entrepreneurship Capstone and guest lecturing on the Masters in Advertising programme at London College of Communications, University of Arts London.

Valentina Maresca – Global Head of Project Management and Operations


With over 15 years of experience in Marketing and Project Management, Valentina started her career as Advertising and Media specialist for a well-known cruise line in Naples, Italy. She moved to the UK in 2014 and continued working within the travel industry covering different brand, marketing & operations roles whilst training to become a project manager.

Valentina joined MediaCom Blink Consulting in 2018 and has been managing projects for Mars, CCEP, PlayStation and Sky. Her role has recently been expanded to also oversee Blink Consulting Operations. “Simplify complexity” is Valentina’s motto and she is always focused on ensuring business operations run smoothly and that people are productive.

Valentina thrives in international and culturally diverse environments, in both her professional and private life.

Joris Garritsen – Global Head of Digital Maturity


Never satisfied with the current state, and always with a positive-critical way of looking at thing, Joris started at MediaCom as an intern in the Amsterdam office many years ago. From Netherlands Chief Digital Officer leading multiple digital acceleration projects, he now leads the global Digital Maturity practice within Blink Consultancy having created the proprietary ‘Maturity Mapping’ methodology. Energized by tangible growth initiatives Joris ensures today’s output exceeds yesterday’s and tomorrow’s even more ambitious and progressive still. Joris is impassioned by evolutionising both clients’ businesses and the agency’s. His primary goal is to ensure abstract maturity concepts manifest as practical, impactful solutions. On a more personal level he definitely qualifies as being competitive in games & sports and as an ardent anecdote narrator.

Peter Fyfe – Global Lead Consultant


Pete Fyfe is Global Lead Consultant at Blink. His role centres on how we deliver transformational work for our clients that combines MediaCom’s Bigger Picture thinking, with a management consultant’s view of business performance, value creation, and programme delivery rigour.

Pete brings 20 years’ experience consulting with large multi-nationals on how to create value through digital; principally focussed on re-imagining the digital customer experience, and transforming the marketing organisation to meet the consumer needs of tomorrow. Prior to MediaCom, he led assignments for Accenture Interactive in financial services, telecoms, and pharmaceutical clients across Europe.

Outside of work, Pete is a father to two, EV advocate, football fan, and occasional boxer.

Vanessa Newkirk – Global Head of Platform Activation


With over 20 years of digital experience, Vanessa started her career as a business consultant in Barcelona, Spain. A true digital industry pioneer, Vanessa co-founded three start-ups during the first “.com” boom. Since then, she has developed a broad and unique perspective driving digital growth and transformation for Fortune 500 brands such as: NBC Universal, Delta Airlines, Dell, HP, Nestle Purina, Microsoft, Toyota, Verizon, Mondelez, McDonald's, Samsung, Yahoo & WalMart. She is focused on helping lead, transform and build organizations through data and technology platforms.

An avid learner and passionate about communications, Vanessa speaks five languages and holds several degrees including an MBA, MA in Communications and degrees in English and Italian. She is also a social content creator, urban photographer and travel enthusiast.

Oscar Garza – Global Head of Strategic In-Housing


With over 15 years’ experience running in-housing projects both at client & agency-side, Oscar comes from a generation of media leadership that has spent time "at the keyboard," trafficking and executing campaigns.

His familiarity with the inner workings of the platform media practice has led to a career building in-house media teams and scaled Media Activation organizations buying media across a dozen platforms in every major market in the world..

Oscar is a Fighting Texas Aggie (class of '03). In his spare time, he is also a gamer and - when not wholly overwhelmed by his two young boys Oscar IV and Gabriel - plays tennis.

Josh Gallagher – Global Head of Integrated Ecommerce


In his 15+ years of experience in the industry, Josh has led teams to transform global client strategic processes to combine media and creative, along with the development of data solutions that have redefined the digital practice. It is with this background that Josh brings a unique perspective to the world of Ecommerce. Josh actively works with clients that believe that retailing doesn’t need you to be everywhere — just everywhere your customers
, integrating each touchpoint to offer customers exactly what they need, when they need it, on any device.
