MediaCom Colombia appoints new CEO

Industry leader Juan Fernando Niño joins with immediate effect

MediaCom Colombia has appointed Juan Fernando Niño as CEO. Juan Fernando, who was previously CEO of OMD Colombia, starts with immediate effect. He will report directly to Fernando Emilio Silva, CEO, MediaCom Latin America.

Juan Fernando is a prominent professional who has over 24 years of experience working in industries inherent to our business, such as Advertising, Digital, Marketing and Media. Before joining MediaCom, he was CEO of OMD Colombia for five years, where he helped the agency grow in market to achieve billings of more than 100 million dollars.

Before that, he was CEO of PHD between 2012-2014. Juan Fernando has also worked in creative agencies (Grey, DDB and BBDO) and CRM/Digital agencies. Through his professional career, he won multiple Effie Awards and Cannes Lions.
