Nick Lawson – Global CEO

Nick embodies MediaCom’s People First, Better Results philosophy, having been with the agency for 30 years. He started as a Planning Assistant in 1991 and today leads our network of more than 7,500 people across 125 offices as Global CEO. He has been in leadership positions since 2006, having previously been UK CEO, EMEA CEO and Worldwide COO.

During his tenure, he drove MediaCom UK’s ranking from 6th to 1st position, oversaw MediaCom becoming the number 1 network in EMEA and most recently led the agency to be crowned Media Network of the Year by Festival of Media Global and Eurobest for 2020.

Nick believes that by helping clients See The Bigger Picture, we can understand the full breadth of their marketing needs and tailor communications strategies to maximise impact.

Josh has been at MediaCom for more than a decade in a variety of leadership positions at Global, Regional and Local levels. He is currently both our Global COO and CEO EMEA, where he is responsible for 4,400 people across 37 offices, driving the vision and culture in EMEA and ensuring that MediaCom is the strongest agency network in the region.

Previously Josh was MediaCom’s UK CEO, the country’s No.1 media agency billing over £1.8bn across 6 offices. He has not only worked in media agencies but on the creative agency side too, working at St. Luke’s in the early 2000s and he also ran his own digital agency, Kword.

Josh is also the driving force behind our mental health programme, resulting in a network Mental Health Allies around the world who support our people whenever they need.

Sasha Savic – CEO, US


Since joining MediaCom as U.S. CEO in 2012, Sasha Savic has delivered nine years of growth, bringing unprecedented success and recognition, resulting in MediaCom winning Adweek’s 2021 Global Media Agency of the Year, and Sasha himself recognized as Adweek’s 2021 U.S. Executive of the Year.

In 2019, Savic lead the charge in the formation of the New Majority Ready™ (NMR) Coalition – a movement to help brands engage with multicultural audiences and place diversity in the forefront of their strategies in context of the New Majority in America.

He is also a sought-after speaker – most recently on stage at CES and Advertising Week New York, as well as serving on the jury for Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, the Effie Awards and Brand Film Festival and was Jury Chairman for Adweek's Media Plan of the Year for several years. He is also a member of the 4As Media Leadership Council and actively supports environmental causes and sustainability through participation in NASF and ASF in North America.

A native of Bosnia, Sasha began his career as a founding member and producer of YouthRadio, the first independent radio station in the former Yugoslavia.

Marina Günter Guzman – CEO, LATAM

Marina joined MediaCom as CEO MediaCom Latam in January 2021.

With almost 30 years of experience, Marina has worked in advertising at many companies. During her tenure overseeing many accounts, she has received several awards including 4 Effies and the Latin America Excellence Award 2016.

In 2012 she became General Director of Havas Media Regions and oversaw the opening of 6 regional offices in Mexico. In 2014, Marina became Havas Middle Office Director, and in 2016 she was promoted as CEO of Arena. She was also a member of the Board of Havas Mexico since 2014.

She started working at GroupM in May 2017, as the General Director of Operation and Head of Trade for Mexico, leading the BetMex Project. In November 2019, she became CEO GroupM México.

Marina is married with two children and loves to spend time with her family. She is a huge fan of the NFL's Greenbay Packers, and also really enjoys solving puzzles.

Mark Heap – CEO, APAC

After starting his career as a graduate recruit with WPP (JWT) in London, Mark is one of the best examples of the group’s commitment to career opportunity and diversity through mobility, having made three international moves, taking him first to Sydney, then Shanghai and now Singapore on a journey that’s lasted over 20 years.

During his nine years based in China, he led his teams to win many accolades including China’s first media Lion at Cannes and multiple Agency of the Year awards. As Asia Pacific lead for MediaCom since 2013 he has overseen continued growth, evolution and recognition within the industry including Spikes Asia and Festival of Media Asia Network of the Year crowns.

Mark’s particularly proud of the strength in depth that MediaCom now have in the region, with very strong operations in 15 different countries, complemented by powerful regional hubs and underpinned with industry leading solutions that are driving brand value for clients on a daily basis.

Charlotte Frijns – Global Chief Financial Officer

Charlotte oversees MediaCom’s financial and commercial operations globally.

Having joined MediaCom in January 2021, Charlotte is responsible for a wide range of functions within the business – from managing financial information, commercials to contract compliance and client negotiations. Charlotte adds financial insight to the way MediaCom manages current operations and new services aimed to add value to clients. She joins from GroupM UK, where she was CFO for 2.5 years allowing her to bring huge experience of handling the financial side of agency life.

She brings a wealth of experience from her early days at PwC transaction services followed by a range of senior finance and commercial roles within agencies such as Zenith, Digitas and more recently Publicis Media. She lives with her 9 year old twins and Australian husband in London, since relocating here in 2005 from the Netherlands.

Dominic Guba – Global Chief Investment Officer​

Dominic’s role is to leverage GroupM’s unparalleled trading clout for MediaCom’s clients and to create accountable and sustainable media value. Dominic has 15 years’ experience and joined in 2010 from Aegis Media, where he most recently held the position of Head of Global Trading and before that Vice President of Investment Management. Prior to Aegis Media, Dominic worked for the Have Group in France and in Russia, for DMB&B in Asia, as well as for media consultants Billetts in London.

Matt Mee – Global Chief Strategy Officer

Matthew is MediaCom’s Global Chief Strategy Officer. In the course of his career at MediaCom he has advised a huge range of UK-based and Global clients; including Mars, Universal, IKEA Bayer and Adidas. He is the originator of MediaCom’s planning approach, Systems Planning and led the creation of The System; MediaCom’s global end to end planning platform.

His passion and commitment to innovation and integrated thinking continue to shape MediaCom’s expanding capabilities; from data-driven planning to more effective collaboration.

Paul Greenhalgh – Global Chief Commercial Officer

Paul ensures that success and best practice in each market is transmitted right across the network. He joined MediaCom as Global Commercial Director in January 2010, after nearly 20 years at Aegis Media Latin America, overseeing operations in Brazil, Argentina and Mexico as well as managing the network’s affiliate/partner networks.

Stef Calcraft is MediaCom’s CEO, Creative Systems. His role is to help MediaCom deliver Bigger Picture thinking for our clients and agency partners by harnessing the full potential of our world-class talent, data, technology, media and platform relationships.

Stef is the co-founder of Mother, one of advertising’s most iconic agencies. Mother was recognised as one of the greatest agencies of all time in Campaign Magazine’s 50th Anniversary issue. While at Mother, Stef was also a silent founding partner of Naked Communications, a trail-blazing communications planning agency in the 2000s. Stef has also served as Non-Executive Director for Blue Rubicon, now part of Global CEO Advisory Firm Teneo and as an adviser to Ridley Scott and Disney’s Maker Studios. Before joining MediaCom, Stef was Executive Chairman of Dentsu International UK & I. Stef began his career in marketing at Unilever.

Paddy Flynn – Global Leader, Systems Intelligence

Paddy leads MediaCom’s Systems Intelligence Unit. The SIU has over 300 experts globally, providing advanced data, analytics, research, & measurement capabilities for MediaCom’s clients. Paddy joined MediaCom in 2011 within our Singapore hub and has gone on to lead several ground-breaking data & mar-tech teams across MediaCom & GroupM.

Prior to joining MediaCom, Paddy held consultancy roles with a major global marketing analytics firm; and economic research roles with a leading European research institute under the current ECB Chief Economist. This background enables Paddy to combine deep subject matter expertise with bigger picture experience.

Paddy is passionate about providing MediaCom’s clients with a data & intelligence advantage to win & grown in the real world. The SIU achieves this through excellence in not just data access and analysis, but in also ensuring excellence in media application & organizational adoption.

Felicity Long – Managing Director, Systems Acceleration

A true digital native, having spent her entire agency career in a digital roles – Fliss focuses on helping our clients navigate this fast-paced, ever-evolving area of marketing by simplifying, but not over-simplifying, the complex and helping clients be first-to-market with the most valuable interactions with their consumers.

Throughout her career she has held various leadership roles, and current role sees her responsible for delivering world-class addressable activation and cross channel acceleration for MediaCom clients across the globe. She has a real passion for using technology to free up time to ensure that as much of MediaCom’s amazing talent is focused on finding that insight and collaborating in new and different ways that will really make a difference to our clients businesses.

Fliss is also a passionate mentor both in and out of MediaCom and loves to see people’s careers develop and flourish.

Nick Slaymaker – Global Chief Investment Officer

As our Global Chief Investment Officer at MediaCom, Nick’s core focus is creating accountable and sustainable media value for our clients at this time of rapid change in media. His role also sees him leading MediaCom’s global partner relationships and managing investment product development. Nick joined MediaCom in 2011, having been part of the GroupM family since 2005 and sits on the Global GM trading board.

Vincent Rebeix – Global Chief Product Officer


A 13 years veteran of MediaCom, Vincent has held various leadership positions at a global, regional and local level including most recently Global Head of New Business and Marketing, and COO for MediaCom France.

As Chief Product Officer, Vincent spends his time working to provide our clients with the most effective solutions to their marketing challenges. From building measurement stacks to defining new ways to address audiences at scale, he seeks to bring empirical, technology-driven answers to some of the industry’s oldest “Bigger Picture” questions: How do I create closer bonds with consumers? Does my marketing actually work?

In addition to his product duties, Vincent is also executive sponsor for MediaCom’s marketing team.

Nadine Thomson is the Global Chief Technology Officer for MediaCom, an international media agency part of the WPP Group that uses data, technology and creativity to design communications strategies that build brands. Over her career Nadine has led international, technology transformation programmes across media, retail, travel, entertainment and professional services. She has previously worked as Group Technology Director for Conde Nast International (Vogue, GQ), Technology Director for Vue Cinema and consultant for News UK on their digital technology. Alongside her technology career, Nadine is on the Board of VisitEngland the national tourism agency raising Britain’s profile worldwide and developing England and Britain’s visitor economy.

Kevin Johnson – Co-Chair, Global Belonging Council (CEO Canada)

Kevin Johnson is a seasoned media professional who brought 20+ years of industry experience across agencies and categories with him when he joined MediaCom as the Chief Client Officer in 2014. Less than a year later he was appointed as CEO, MediaCom Canada and since then has helped the agency grow it’s footprint outside of Media Planning & Buying to include Content Creation, Business Analytics, and most recently creating divisions that serve Sports & Entertainment and connecting with diverse communities. Since he has been in role, MediaCom has seen significant new business growth with the addition of brands like Uber, Hotels.com, Aldo, Roots, Sony, BC Lotteries, Duracell and Adidas.

Kevin stands out as a leader in the media industry for professional success but more than that, for his commitment to actively participating and impacting the industry and world around him. He believes strongly in the importance affecting meaningful change in the community and encourages his teams and clients to do the same – which has led to significant support for a long list of charitable organizations: The Heart & Stroke Foundation, The Daily Bread Food Bank, Canadian Blood Services, Sick Kids, the Canadian Cancer Society’s Run for the Cure, and Skylark Children, Youth and Families.

Continuing this belief on a personal level, Kevin is a dedicated community mentor in Rexdale (where he grew up), a strong supporter of Trust 15, a group that provides social and educational tools to success in society through mentorship and serves on the board of the Children’s Wish Ontario Chapter and Hot Docs International. A proud father of three, Neveah 12, Keenan 11, and Cali 7; Kevin is a true family man and loves nothing more than family time with a game of Trouble.

Michelle Holmes – Co-Chair, Global Belonging Council, Global Account Director

Michelle Holmes, a Managing Partner at Mediacom, is an experienced advertising and marketing professional with deep expertise in digital, CRM and data-driven omni-channel strategy. She manages a portfolio of global accounts and is the co-chair of the global belonging council.

Michelle started her career path on the brand side at fortune 50 companies such as Allstate Insurance Company and Walgreens, eventually leading to senior level consulting and agency roles. Prior to joining MediaCom, Michelle held several leadership roles at Accenture and Merkle Inc. working with clients such as Walt Disney World, Marriott, Royal Caribbean, USAA, Samsung and DirectTV.

Michelle has won several marketing and advertising awards for excellence in strategy and digital and was most recently named a 2021 Media Allstar by Adweek.

Costin Mihaila – Global Client President

Costin is a MediaCom veteran having joined the agency in 2007. After various roles with Initiative (IPG) and The Coca-Cola Company in his native Romania and later in The Netherlands, Costin joined MediaCom in Amsterdam as EMEA Client Service Director working on Mars and P&G. He was then promoted to run the CEE region as CEO.

In 2014, he moved to London to start his role of EMEA Managing Director, in addition to which he had direct responsibility for several global client relationships at MediaCom. From September 2019 he is solely focused on global clients. In addition to direct client responsibilities, Costin sits on MediaCom’s product board to represent the voice of clients in the development process of tools and approaches. He also leads the client satisfaction measurement and client management training workstreams in the agency.

Frances Ralston-Good – Global Client President

Frances has spent the last 25 years developing resilient teams, relevant products and effective business practices for the world’s most innovative creative and media businesses. She has extensive experience across the FMCG, retail and motor sectors, having worked with brands that include, Amazon, BMW and Mondelez and has led media, creative and brand strategy businesses in both the northern and southern hemisphere.

Frances joins MediaCom from Hearts & Science where she launched the agency as CEO in the UK following stints as MD of PHD in same market and Chief Innovation Officer for OMGUK. At MediaCom Frances is Global Clients President, ensuring Bigger Picture is brought to every client she works with and is lucky enough to lead our relationship with P&G, Sony and Shell amongst others.

Ian Rotherham – Global Chief Growth Officer

Across 25 years of media & communications experience, Ian has assumed responsibility for leading some of the world's largest blue-chip advertising assignments. Starting in 1996, Ian’s career has seen him lead UK, European and Global units across the media, sponsorship and events industries.

Upon joining MediaCom in 2011, Ian has led teams of 1,000+ people supporting clients with their business and marketing transformation programmes. These programmes are less about what we have achieved, and more about what our clients have achieved as a result; made better-informed marketing decisions, more effective campaign work, measured what really matters, and realise this more efficiently. The impact has been dramatic with some of our strongest media contribution to sales & brand growth, as well as client satisfaction scores worldwide.

Ian’s outcomes-based mindset and multi-discipline background led to him being confirmed as WPP's first team lead from a media background.

Simon Sadie – Global Client President

Simon has been a part of the MediaCom family for nearly a decade, helping to build our global success stories as Global Client President. He currently leads our $1.5bn billing strategic partnership with Mars. Simon has had a varied career, defined by building high-functioning teams in fast-changing, competitive situations.

Prior to joining MediaCom, Simon established a strategy and innovation consultancy, babytiger. Previously he held senior management roles at Aegis Media (now Dentsu), where he was a founder of their second agency network, Vizeum, and at Havas.

In the late 1990s, Simon helped establish and ran a digital agency, Media Contacts (now part of Havas Media), prior to which he was a founding manager of the BBC’s nascent online proposition, BBC Online.

Simon has experience working with clients from many different sectors, including PSA, Hyundai-Kia, Pernod-Ricard, Cadbury’s, 20th Century Fox, Philips, Panasonic, Benckiser and more.

Beyond work, Simon is a trained “Three Principles” practitioner, focused on helping people to understand how ‘state of mind’ impacts their ability to operate to their true potential and is also Chair of the campaigning NGO, Yachad, which works to support a negotiated settlement to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Justin White – Global Client President


Justin has over 20 years of agency experience, with over 15 years in regional or global roles. He has held a range of executive roles covering client leadership, new business and global operations. Justin is also a digital agency founder and entrepreneur. He has led teams that worked with some of the world’s most dynamic and recognisable brands including Coca Cola, Heineken, McDonald’s, Cisco, SAP, Lenovo, BlackBerry, British Airways, ASICS and others.

Most recently before joining MediaCom, Justin was the Global Client Lead for The Coca Cola Company as well as the Head of Business Intelligence and Client Performance for Publicis Groupe. Prior, he led the Publicis Media Global Client Practice after being co-lead for Global New Business at Starcom Mediavest Group.

Justin is based in the United States, where he lives with his Canadian wife and two boys.

Kristin Gower – Global Client President

With a background in Organisational Psychology, Kristin has led Marketing and Client teams in Europe, North America and Asia, becoming an expert not only in relocation services, but the importance of continual learning, humility and resilience. Before joining MediaCom in 2012, Kristin spent 11 years at Dyson, starting in the UK, then moving to set up marketing and eCommerce operations in Canada and China. Kristin’s leadership in creative/media integration, unified data architecture, and eCommerce has delivered innovation and growth for a broad roster of clients, including P&G, Fonterra, and Dell.

Kristin is Global Client President in the WorldWide Hub, New York. In this role, she leverages her understanding of the complexity of multi-national marketing and business to ensure the success of our clients US head-quartered Global clients.
