Reporting of the role

This role reports to: Digital Analytics and Insights Lead

In this role, your goals will be:

  • To ensure insights team has a say across all new marketing initiatives planned for the Clients
  • Educating Clients and internal team members on the usage of different tools that can help them plan their campaigns better
  • Client servicing and ensure smooth functioning of Social Listening processes activated for the client

In three months, you would have:

  • Started to build relationships with the key decision-makers and existing clients
  • begun working on Social Listening and Analytical dashboard
  • Helping your reporting manager to create new opportunities for driving revenue

In six months, you would have:

  • Complete control of the deliverables planned for the existing clients
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with different stakeholders

In 12 months, you would have:

  • Well-versed with operating Social Command center
  • Introducing clients to the larger analytical offering that Mediacom has to offer

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Work with your lead to identify valuable metrics, KPIs, and social media benchmarks;
  • Track and measure promoted posts and campaigns
  • Manage end to end ORM services for the existing clients
  • Create and provide daily and weekly reports, “end of campaign” reports, and ad-hoc sentiment and performance reports
  • Create and maintain trackers using social listening across brands and their campaign
  • Keeping track of changes/improvements in social platforms

What your day job looks like at MediaCom:

  • Track brand conversations to identify alerts or Opportunities for the onboarded clients
  • Track and measure promoted posts and campaigns
  • Create and provide Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports at the end of the campaign”, and provide ad-hoc sentiment and performance reports
  • Create and maintain trackers using social listening across brands and their campaign


What you’ll bring:

  • Work with your lead to identify valuable metrics, KPIs, and social media benchmarks;
  • Manage end to end ORM services for the existing clients
  • Introducing clients/internal stakeholders on the importance of Insights in the digital world

Minimum qualifications:

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Social Analytics, Social Intelligence, ORM and Influencer Evaluation
  • Experience with real-time social listening for real-time engagement
  • Experience in reporting on organic and paid social media performance
  • Ability to uncover and communicate key social media insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Required Proficiency in the following -
    • Tools: Excel, PowerPoint
    • Social Tools (At least one): Radian 6, Simplify 360, Locobuzz, Sprinklr, Sysmos
    • Social Panels: Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics
