We are People First, Better Results
We do things together
Together we decide where we want to go and how to get there. From AI solutions that help us share our experiences at work to reverse mentoring programmes that give our most junior people the chance to shape the future of our agency. We are in this together. Here we all have a voice, strong opinions and beliefs and the opportunity to change things for good. And we love that!

We see things differently
So no one size fits all. We are changing that. We’re fostering a culture where everyone can fit in while staying true to themselves. A place where we all enjoy and feel inspired by our differences. We want to give everyone the opportunity to learn from different perspectives and experiences, have fun and do their best work.

We want to be better
That’s why we’ve developed multiple ways to help connect our network as strongly as possible, to make sure every person in it gets exactly what they need to make the most of their potential. From Pathway - our global mobility programme - allowing our people to have a career exploring the world, to smart learning platforms offering industry leading training content. We want everyone to have a career that grows with them.

MediaCom's Culture Captains
Nationally, we have Culture Captains in each market who are responsible for leading the charge of our culture initiatives whilst living our People First ethos. Each year, they create a suite of big and exciting plans for our teams to cultivate a sense of belonging and purpose for our people, as well as encourage our team to manage their mental health and well-being.
We have fun together
At MediaCom, nothing defines us more than our annual Behaviours Day which brings together our AUNZ teams. Over two days, we trade the office for the outdoors so our #OneMediaCom team can put their heads together to contribute to our company vision for the year ahead.

MediaCom's Mental Health Allies
The MediaCom Mental Health Ally program aims to foster a culture of mental health support sustainably through the training of employee volunteers. The role of the mental health ally is to listen as supportive peers about any mental health issues colleagues might be facing. Following special training with our partners, Mental Health at Work, globally there is over 162 allies across 31 of our markets. Across Australia, we have 3 mental health allies, Rebecca Hutchinson, Lindsay Beeren and Abi Bleakley. An allies role is to listen, signpost helpful resources and keep our people safe. To have MediaCom people volunteer to help each other in this way is a living, breathing example of our People First ethos, and another step towards an ever more inclusive and belonging culture.
