Marketing Interactive’s Index recognises and honours the leading trailblazers of D&I in adland.
MediaCom has been recognised as the only media agency in Marketing Interactive’s list of top 20 companies spearheading D&I in the APAC region.
In our drive for greater gender diversity, our efforts have focussed on re-thinking recruitment, removing bias, and focussing on a more equitable approach to progression.
As a result of our three-stage “Fast Forward” programme, “Women in Leadership” and “Walk the Talk” (in collaboration with WPP), we have formed a 60% female leadership pipeline and women now represent 65% of total staff, as well as 55% of leadership teams across APAC.
