She started her career as a creative and over the next 20 years gained experience in leading advertising, digital and marketing agencies. Helen's passion for driving a better creative product through people ultimately led her to focus on how agencies can drive business performance through improved talent management.
Helen joined MediaCom in 2009 as was our first ever Worldwide Chief Talent Officer and has since built a core team of talent professionals across our network.
