Simon joined the global MediaCom team in 2009 having been Chief Financial Officer at GroupM in the UK for three years. In the latter role he was responsible for overseeing more than £2bn in media billings. Prior to joining GroupM he had been at MediaCom UK for more than five years in a variety of roles, joining the board in 2001 and becoming group financial director in 2003.
