He became EMEA CEO in 2008 after successfully leading the UK business as its Chief Executive since 2006. Prior that that, he was Joint Managing Director. During that time it picked up £300m of new business and was named Media Agency of the Year by Marketing, Campaign and Media Week. The UK business continues to extend its tenure as the market's number one agency by billings.
