She started her career as a digital creative, a very different role from the one she has now at MediaCom. Over the next 18 years experience in advertising, digital and marketing agencies, Helen's love of creative industries and the people within them led her to focus her passions in the area of talent. Most recently she spent 4 years at integrated agency iris, where she was instrumental in the launch of the people strategy across 11 offices globally. She then joined MediaCom as our first ever Worldwide Chief Talent Officer in 2009.
