MediaCom wins Campaign of the Year at M&M Global Awards 2012

Agency picks up four trophies in total

MediaCom has picked up the highly coveted Campaign of the Year as well as three other prizes at the 2012 M&M Global Awards. It was also runner-up in the Agency Network of the Year competition having won the title for the last three years.

The M&M Awards recognise and celebrate leading multi-market advertising campaigns, the most innovative and effective work and the finest co-ordination of multi-local advertising strategies.

MediaCom's campaigns for Hasbro, P&G and Deutsche Telekom were all recognised as best in class at a ceremony in London last night, winning Best Communications Strategy, Best Engagement Strategy and Best Use of Content, respectively. In addition, the agency won Campaign of the Year for Hasbro's 'NERF Blaster - Office War'.

MediaCom had more entries shortlisted in the competition than any other agency - 27 entries in total across 12 categories, representing 27% of the total shortlist - with work for P&G Ambi-Pur, Canon, Dell, P&G Hugo Boss, Ikea, Universal Pictures, Visit Britain and Volkswagen also recognised.

Earlier this year MediaCom was also named Agency Network of the Year for the second time in three years at the Festival of Media Global in Montreux Switzerland.
