M&M Awards
For the third year running, MediaCom won the prestigious Agency
Network of the Year award at the 2011 International M&M Awards.
This award recognises excellence and consistent success for the
agency that performs highest in the list of winning entries. It
celebrates leading pan-regional advertising campaigns, the most
innovative and effective work running within international media
owner companies and the finest co-ordination of multi-local
advertising strategies.
29 MediaCom entries were shortlisted across 10 categories. That's
more than 40% of all shortlisted campaigns.
Festival of Media Awards
MediaCom was named Network of the Year at
the 2010 Festival of Media Awards which was held in
Valencia. MediaCom was awarded this immensely prestigious award in
recognition of its consistently successful achievements across all
of the categories it entered.
The agency also picked up two individual awards at the Festival of
Media Awards - Best Communications Strategy for its work with
T-Mobile on the 'Dance' campaign and Best Targeted Campaign to
Fight HIV.
In 2011, MediaCom won two awards at the Festival of Media
Awards:
MediaCom US office won in the Best
Communication/Entertainment Platform for "Hardest Working _______
in America" for the Revlon brand Mitchum, and the media agency's
Israel office won Best Targeted Campaign for its "When in Rome
Campaign" for upmarket food retailer Tiv Taam.
Two more campaigns were highly commended: for VW Golf Wagon,
MediaCom Australia and VW Polo, MediaCom India. In addition,
MediaCom US was shortlisted for Agency Office of the Year. MediaCom
was also runner-up for Agency Network of the Year.
